Clayton's began as a way to honor a dear friend of mine and the entire Rocky Mountain Slices team - past and present. It's a space to explore ideas freely and to embrace discovery rather than focus solely on the end result. Clay was truly one of a kind, and this concept is rooted in the spirit he embodied: creativity, warmth, and genuine connection. In his name, a portion of Clayton's proceeds will be donated to local charities that support mental health and substance abuse recovery within the restaurant industry - causes that matter deeply to us and to the community we're proud to be part of.
